Returned items must be:

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Japan Store BD will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping cost

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
